The Design Studio includes samples of actual products, with complete details on materials and color options. And, to make sure you’re making the best choices for your lifestyle, a BiltRite Design Consultant will assist you throughout the process.

Pre-Construction Meeting…

The Pre-Con meeting is the time you can see the final selection and final prints for your new home. In this meeting, you are welcomed to make any last minute changes before the construction begins. You Personal Builder will go over all aspects of selection, design methods to our Build Schedule to ensure accuracy and smooth transisition of your new home.

What happens after visiting the Design Studio?

Your home will start within the next 15 – 10 days after the inital Pre-Con meeting.  We will take all the final information and submit to the local Municipalities for your Building Permits. We beleive that to have a successful building cycle, you, our team and any vendors involved within the building of your new home are well equipt with the BiltRite Process. Any mis-communications that could come up are put to rest by taking an extra step to inform you on how our process will be handled thru-out.  The following steps were designed to enhance the overall BiltRite experience by giving you a better idea on our Construction Sequence!  As you browse the following steps – the below sequence equates to a build time of approximately 150 days or less, depending on whether you are building within one of our communities or building a home On Your Lot…
